Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing the order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation 

An order will be considered successfully delivered once it has been marked as delivered by our courier partner at the shipping address provided during checkout.
